In less than 10 weeks now, all going well, I will be on a plane heading to the ‘unknown’ It has been a goal of mine for many years now to work overseas. The opportunity to work in the UK, with a British passport, and also have an opportunity to do more of one of my passions (travel) has come to fruition and the next two months will be spent preparing for departure date. I have no job to go to, but a few contacts that I hope will find me a start. I have no accommodation, but luckily have relatives who have kindly offered to put me up until I find my feet. I have no idea what I am doing really :0), but this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I am going to grab with both hands and both feet and make the very best of the opportunity I have.
This blog will be my progress – you will hear about ups and downs no doubt, but most of all, you will share the experience and hopefully post me comments so I can stay in-touch. So, stay tuned for more info on my preparations, and my stressing out as the day gets closer…to departure date…
