Back soon

Believe it or not, today marks the end of my first three months working in London.  Official end of my first contract is today.. I have been very pleased to have found a good company to work at for these 3 months and all things going well, I should have some further work related news on [...]

Nuts!

I think I have squirrels in my walls, either that, or birds, or something noisy.  The last couple of mornings there has been a lot of russling and this morning it sounded like nut cracking in what sounded like the wall (it could have been outside).  It did sound a bit like birds, maybe there [...]

Bloggers…who are we really?

An interesting article that I came across today about the art of Blogging.  Has a very USA feel to it, but still interesting.  I thought that this quote was the best – surely not me..is it?

Quote of the day

Remember that fear always lurks behind perfectionism. Confronting your fears and allowing yourself the right to be human can, paradoxically, make you a far happier and more productive person.

My handywork

A fairly reasonable first ’serious effort’ at photoshopping (from colour) as well as the web-site update.  See here to learn more about the Executive Committee of RT and see my handy-work on the only female member of the committee!  It’s a start?

What day is it ?

I had one of those mornings where everything seemed out-of-routine.  Not me, but everyone around me.  The alarm woke me, rather than the shower, and no housemates were moving around or seemed to have moved around before me.  I checked my watch…twice and proceeded with my routine as normal.  No-one else seemed to be stirring [...]
